Renting a double bedroom per 300 € in Sliema(bills included)

Renting a double bed room in a cosy shared flat in Sliema central, next to Hotel Preluna.

Tower supermarket, waterfront and bus stop are just 2 mts walking.

The room has double bed, a big wardrobe, a desk, a chair and a lamp. The price is 300 €/month including bills per a person or 360 € for a couple and 300 € per deposit. It will give back person

when leave if everything is ok in the flat and if the person will find someone who

replace in the room. The room would be available from 5th of january.

The whole flat has very good lighting and is totally furnished(washing machine, fridge, microwave owen, tv, internet wifi,etc) and we have a balcony as well.

You will live with a portuguese and a spanish guys.
